Rita's Cool Support Center, our corporate headquarters in Trevose, Pa., is home to more than 90 Rita's staff members who are dedicated to ensuring our franchise partners and guests receive happiness in the form of superior service, innovative, delicious products, and ongoing positive interaction with the Rita’s brand.

The staff of the Cool Support Center illustrate the belief of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Jim Rudolph, that a company is only as strong as its people.
